Mr. Stine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from North Dakota State University in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011, and graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2013 with a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property.
Mr. Stine was licensed by the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2011 and the District of Columbia Bar Association in 2013. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, The Copyright Society of the USA, the International Trademark Association, and Pi Sigma Alpha, a national political science honor society.
Mr. Stine joined Logan and Lowry, LLP in 2014 after receiving his Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School. His practice concentrates on the copyright and trademark needs of businesses and individual artists, including lobbying efforts before administrative agencies. For example, Mr. Stine participated as a panel member at the U.S. Copyright Office’s roundtable on the applicability of fine artists’ resale royalty rights under U.S. copyright law. He also is the author of “Resale Royalty Right: Redux” and is a co-author of “Application Programming Interfaces (‘APIs’): A Primer and Discussion of Oracle America v. Google.”
